I know it’s a little self-indulgent,but I thought this was too funny not to share. I was looking for a lost piece of Lego in the loft, when I found my first school report. This report is from June 1989. I would have been in my reception year, age 5. Here is the report in all its glory:
Here are a few of my favourite quotes:
Keith has found the discipline of class routine hard to accept.
He does tend to interupt [sic] and not give the others a chance!
His short term memory is poor, he often forgets what he’s supposed to be doing.
His poor coordination leads him to dislike many activities in PE.
Little regard for safety.
I found it remarkable how much of the report is still valid, 35 years later.
