How can I help you with your Physics? Let me count the ways…
Weekly tuition sessions for enrolled tutees
There is preparation work given each week so you get the most out of the tuition session, then each week you attend a live and interactive tuition session where you get useful feedback and support. And then after the tuition session there’s homework set too! Click here
Past paper examiner insights
You complete a past paper, then send it to me. I’ll mark it, record live narration while marking it so you can see how examiners think when marking your work, and then you get the video of the feedback, the marked paper and a bespoke action plan. Click here
Past paper walkthrough
Under timed conditions I’ll complete past papers while narrating the thought process and showing how an examiner can spot where the marks are before the mark scheme is even seen; an essential skill for students! Click here
Resource library
Enrolled tutees can access notes, presentations, worksheets, question generators, and games that I’ve made to support students. There is so much available! It’s worth exploring what’s available and regularly checking back because I often upload more! Click here
Video library
I have a collection of educational videos that I’ve been given permission to share with my students, so enrolled tutees can access them all! Okay, watching videos is not the best way to learn, but sometimes they can help plug the gap if there’s something you don’t understand. Click here
The best way to learn?
There is no ‘one size fits all‘ education solution. If there was, everyone would use it! However, educational researchers generally agree that active learning is essential. Basically, the student has to do stuff. It’s not enough to read, it’s not enough to watch videos, the student has to sit down and actually do the work.
Sparingly using videos from the video library alongside extensive use of the interactive resources in the resource library and regularly attending the weekly sessions for feedback on your learning: that is actually doing the work.
Completing a past paper, sending it to me to get marked, paying attention to the feedback and then doing another: that is actually doing the work.
Completing a past paper while I model how to do it, and asking questions straight away when you don’t understand something, then critically applying a mark scheme to your own work after having seen me apply it to my work: that is actually doing the work.
And, of course, all of this is available from Physics With Keith! Enrolling is just the beginning.
